Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Paints the Town

Stop by the booth to meet the artists, see what is in the works, and get information on the 43rd Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival.

The artists will be working on a unique painting daily. Come to the Festival on June 29th through July 2nd to see the finished pieces.
