Westmoreland Art Nationals
Juried Fine & Photography Exhibition
Since 1978, the Westmoreland Art Nationals has attracted the best local, regional, national, and international artists. The show's popularity lies in the unique opportunity for artists to enter two juried shows by paying only one $40 fee. Not only are an artist's chances of acceptance increased with the possibility of one or more pieces selected for each show, there is also a total of $4,800 in total prize money awarded. Accepted works receive a healthy amount of exposure to thousands of exhibition patrons and to the general public through mentions in exhibition programs, the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival website, social media, and Festival press releases. The Westmoreland Art Nationals is proudly presented by the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival in partnership with the Westmoreland County Community College.
The first exhibit will open on May 20, 2023, at the Westmoreland County Community College in Youngwood, PA. This exhibit will run through June 7, 2023. The second exhibit will be held during the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival at Twin Lakes Park, in Greensburg, PA, from June 29 through July 2, 2023. This exhibit is housed in a secure gallery within the park and can be viewed by more than 125,000 visitors who attend the Festival each year.
In our ongoing commitment to bringing the arts and humanities to our community, the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival invites you to participate in our annual exhibits.
